Strawberries are just ridiculous right now. I swear, every time I go into the grocery store, they are selling larger containers of them for cheaper. Not that I’m complaining; as strawberries become more plentiful, they’re also getting more delicious. They’re sweet, plump, and red as rubies. Ah, the joys of summer. more

Countdown to Gazpacho!

Praise the heavens, it’s time for tomatoes!  Gazpacho is one of my favorite ways to use up the tomatoes that will shortly be coming out of our ears.  While I have a good old standby recipe for this classic Spanish chilled soup, I was intrigued by the Grilled Vegetable version in this month’s Cooking Light.… more
