John Deere hat placed firmly on my head, I have been initiated into the community of Those Who Grow Their Own Food. Okay, so it’s four herbs in a box, but for a shady fourth-floor apartment, I’m pretty pleased with my crop, particularly since I’m able to make a pretty much daily harvest, and I haven’t had to buy (and let spoil) one enormous bunch of grocery-store parsley all year! more
